Established in 2021, Project Point was created and developed by a single founder as a result of the passion the founder holds for the P3M industry and the desire to create a single global community which brings together experienced professionals, graduates, students or simply anyone who has an association or interest in the P3M profession.

Mission
Develop environmentally and socially conscientious project managers by creating awareness through information and knowledge sharing and by promoting the benefits of social and environmental sustainability, to project management as well as society as a whole.
About the founder
The founder is a chartered project professional with Association for Project Management and has over 30 years experience working in both global Oil & Gas and UK Defence industries in a variety of roles. During this time the founder has located extensively around the world particularly in south east Asia, middle east, South America and across Europe, during which has gained a wide and varied range of experience within P3M EPC and EPIC contract delivery as well as general business management.
In 2020 the founder authored a research paper which investigated the application of Theory X and Y style management in the modern era, with Douglas McGregor's book The Human Side of Enterprise as the basis. This stemmed from a personal interest in human psychology in business relative to culture and personality traits.
